W2 Contract-to-Hire, 12 Months

This is a hybrid position. Interested candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Reston, VA once per week. For moments that matter , more onsite work could be required.

Join the digital products team at a leading healthcare company in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Product Owner to drive the strategy and execution for our member-facing applications. This is a unique, high-impact role that combines the strategic vision of a Product Manager with the agile execution of a Lead Product Owner. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our products, with a key focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence and data analytics to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will

Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and presenting it to stakeholders.

Manage and prioritize the product backlogs for a minimum of two Scrum teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and goals.

Serve as the primary liaison between business owners and technology teams, translating needs into actionable development work.

Utilize Google Analytics to build insightful reports, analyze user behavior, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the product.

Apply your expertise in AI to identify opportunities, define product features, and guide the development of AI-powered capabilities.

Navigate a large, multi-team enterprise environment to drive progress, build consensus, and deliver results with a high degree of autonomy.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within a large-scale, enterprise environment involving multiple scrum teams.

Expertise in Google Analytics, with demonstrated ability to build reports from scratch and use the data to drive product strategy.

Hands-on experience working on AI products, with a strong understanding of how to apply AI concepts (e.g., Generative AI) within a product management framework.

Experience using Jira.

Technical aptitude and understanding of front-end and back-end systems.

Ability to commute to and work from the Reston, VA office at least one day per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in the healthcare industry.

Relevant professional certifications in Product Management, Agile, or AI technologies.

Experience with product road-mapping tools such as Aha!.
