Title: .Net Developer Location: Sacramento, CA 95823 (Hybrid) Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
Note: (Only W2, No C2C / 1099)
Job Description:
The Client is seeking an IT Applications Analyst (Level I / II) to support the Department embedded IT team. This role will focus on the development, enhancement, and maintenance of web-based applications supporting the Department. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern Microsoft technologies
• Support existing applications and troubleshoot technical issues
• Develop reports and dashboards using reporting tools
• Work with relational databases to query, analyze, and manage data
• Conduct research and analysis to support application improvements
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Independently manage assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC
• Experience with Angular for front-end development
• Experience with Power BI and SSRS
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Broad experience with coding languages and data analytics tools
• Interest in emerging and evolving technologies
• Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Government or public-sector project experience (preferred, not required)
