Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery of Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and AI-powered solutions, including Salesforce Agentforce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, translating them into technical solutions and actionable project plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, QA testers, and AI specialists to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Oversee architecture and design reviews to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with best practices.
• Integrate AI/ML features (e.g., Einstein GPT, Agentforce, predictive analytics) into Salesforce workflows to improve user experience and automation.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Act as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
• Track and report project status, risks, dependencies, and budgets to executive stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards in all Salesforce implementations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; Master s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom Salesforce apps.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture, APIs, data models, and customization options.
• Experience with AI/ML integrations in Salesforce (Einstein GPT, Agentforce, intelligent routing, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and conversational AI tools is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Technical Architect) are strongly preferred.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Mulesoft, CRM Analytics, and Copado is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to or experience managing projects involving Salesforce Agentforce or other generative AI assistants.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI training models, or AI performance tuning.
• Ability to navigate enterprise environments, manage change effectively, and influence at all levels.
