Job Title: Community Marketing Project Manager (Spanish)
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Oregon)
Contract: 12-month W2
Pay Rate: $25-$31/hour (depending on experience)

About the Opportunity:

Russell Tobin is partnering with a global tech and entertainment brand to find a Community Marketing Project Manager who is passionate about community engagement and digital culture. This role will focus heavily on Spanish-language initiatives and supporting programs that uplift creators, developers, and fans across the platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that s redefining how people interact with livestreaming content and digital communities think the intersection of gaming, content creation, and global culture.

What You ll Do:

• Support initiatives for Spanish-speaking creators and communities, including Ambassador Programs, Meetups, Creator Camp, and Guilds.

• Execute and contribute to marketing campaigns for events, cultural moments, and specialized programming.

• Manage tracking of KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate success and drive improvements.

• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Events, and Product.

• Oversee project timelines, workflows, and expectations to ensure alignment across stakeholders.

• Help innovate and build new programs that engage, excite, and educate Twitch s community of creators and viewers.

What You Bring:

• Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal), with an ability to clearly communicate both strategic and cultural nuances.

• 4+ years of experience in program/project management, community engagement, marketing, operations, or a related field.

• Experience working with or supporting Twitch creators, streamers, developers, or digital communities.

• Solid understanding of Twitch from both a viewer and broadcaster perspective.

• Strong data skills you re comfortable building reports, tracking KPIs, and identifying actionable insights.

• Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Airtable, Asana, and similar tools.

• Excellent cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills.

Bonus Points:

• First-hand experience using Twitch as a streamer or active community member.

• Existing professional relationships with Twitch creators, moderators, or community leaders.

• Experience working with multilingual or multicultural programs and campaigns.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Mode, or other reporting/CRM platforms.
