RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Third-Party Risk Management Specialist in McKinney, TX.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Third-Party Risk Analyst to support the development and execution of a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program, with a strong focus on third-party risk management. The ideal candidate will help assess vendor risks, review contracts for security provisions, and manage risk documentation using industry-standard platforms. You will be joining an environment with over 160 applications and will play a key role in integrating risk management workflows into AuditBoard.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct third-party vendor risk assessments and tiering
* Review contracts for security and compliance provisions
* Analyze SOC 2 and PCI reports for vendor compliance
* Enter and manage risks in a centralized risk register (AuditBoard)
* Collaborate with internal teams to assign and track risk mitigation actions
* Support the integration of GRC processes into existing systems
* Communicate findings and recommendations clearly across teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* Senior level experience needed
* Experience in third-party risk management and vendor assessments
* Hands-on experience with AuditBoard or similar GRC platforms
* Strong understanding of contract review for security provisions
* Familiarity with SOC 2 and PCI compliance frameworks
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to maintain and manage a risk register

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
