Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise System Integration Manager to lead business process transformation and optimization across organization.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and enabling business transformation though technology with focus on business process efficiency, reduction in time to market, data reuse and operational efficiency.

This role requires strong business process knowledge and hands-on functional experience with systems used in product development, sales (CAD, PLM, CPQ) and a proven ability to guide business subject matter experts through the design, adoption, and execution of optimized, industry-aligned business processes.

The role combines deep process thinking, practical knowledge, and strong facilitation skills to ensure technology is implemented as a business enabler—not just a system deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead analysis of processes used in product development, sales and end to end data flow, apply critical thinking to design optimized, PLM and CPQ enabled, processes which deliver measurable improvements and utilize industry best practices. Ensure process designs are practical, adoptable, and aligned with real-world operational needs.
  • Define functional requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Drive change management efforts to ensure the smooth adoption of new technologies, processes, and organizational structures. Guide and lead teams through transitions while minimizing disruption.
  • Guide and coach SMEs through process and system adoption, helping them transition from informal or siloed processes to structured workflows.  Challenge existing ways of working constructively.  Build trust with business users and serve as a mentor throughout the transformation.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design streamline data flow, eliminate redundant processes, enable data driven decision making and create good employee experience through integrations of various enterprise systems (CAD, PLM, CPQ, CRM and ERP)
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the integration team, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and protocols for system integrations.
  • Support data governance, including data models, classification, naming conventions, and migration validation.
  • Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-go-live continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise business transformation, integration, or related
  • 6+ Strong knowledge of business process modeling, reengineering, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple, complex initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exposure to PLM, CPQ, architecture along with integration architecture

Why Join Us:

  • Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our organization through business transformation and technology integration.
  • Work with a dynamic team in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
