Job Role: Business Analyst
Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months
Need Business Analyst Workday HR related Data exp preferred
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to gather, organize, and analyze large datasets
- Understanding of data manipulation, visualization, and reporting techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, formulas, macros)
- Expertise in business process modeling and mapping
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Experience in using workflow generation tools (e.g., Visio) or AI-powered alternatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with peers, leadership teams, and other critical stakeholders
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Knowledge of software development life cycles and methodologies
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage large data sets while developing analyses independently
- Ability to articulate ideas and conclusions clearly and effectively, while proactively serving stakeholders
- Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in existing processes
