Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle ChRM Cloud Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Channel Revenue Management processes.
- The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide functional expertise across trade management, claims, deductions, and promotions.
- The role involves system configuration, UAT support, end-user training, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for ChRM processes.
- Configure and support Oracle ChRM Cloud modules (Trade Management, Claims, Deductions, Rebates, and Promotions).
- Provide expertise in designing functional solutions and integrating ChRM with Oracle ERP and other applications.
- Conduct system testing, UAT, and provide training to business users.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth business operations in production.
Qualifications:
- Strong functional experience in Oracle Channel Revenue Management Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in Trade Management, Claims, Deductions, and Rebates.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud financial modules integration is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
