Description:
* The Surround Systems Configuration Analyst I supports technical and analytical activities related to maintaining, updating, and documenting configuration data for a range of enterprise systems and applications.
* This role assists in implementing improvements, conducting system performance checks, and supporting configuration best practices.
* The position also collaborates across teams to ensure alignment with operational standards and issue resolution processes.

Required Skills:
* Experience maintaining system configuration files and tables using standard programming logic.
* Ability to support systems and process improvements through documentation and configuration practices.
* Effective communicator with strong analytical, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
* Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with a high level of precision.
* Skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Desired Skills:
* Familiarity with healthcare or managed care plan operations.
* Background working with managed care, health plans, or healthcare support organizations within the western U.S. region.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $43.00-$48.29 Per Hr
