Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Jr. Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. You ll handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer s complaint
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Problem-solving mindset and patience under pressure
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer tools
