Role Details

  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) data conversion specialist

  • Start Date: ASAP.

  • Duration: Approximately 6 weeks.

  • Hours: Around 20 per week.

  • Remote work, CST collaboration preferred.

A senior Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) data conversion specialist is required to backfill an active project through go-live in the second week of November. The first data load is complete; this resource will be responsible for successfully closing out the conversion, including final validation, reconciliation, and defect management.
Must-Have Skills

  • End-to-end ORC conversions (candidates, requisitions, resumes): includes validation, reconciliation, and defect triage.

  • HCM reporting (Recruiting and Core HCM modules).

  • Dashboard modifications.

  • Experience with HSDL loaders.
