RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team.
Summary:
In this role, you will support a game studio as part of the IT Support team working on a gaming franchise. If you are eager to strengthen your capabilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the job for you! The ideal candidate will have a wide range of IT knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities:
* Desktop software/hardware set-up and troubleshooting
* Hardware and OS troubleshooting
* End-user support for proprietary tools
* Works as a team member to assist with operations support
REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-2 years of work-related experience
* Strong understanding of Microsoft products Outstanding communication and customer service skills
* Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills
* Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environment
* Experience with core IT infrastructure a plus
* Strong understanding of desktop support a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
