Job Title: Vistex Business Process Analyst (SAP SD/OTC)

Duration: 12-month Contract
Location: Remote (25% Travel to Loveland, CO approx. 1 week/month, expenses paid)

Overview

We are seeking a Vistex Business Process Analyst with strong experience in SAP SD/OTC and deep understanding of Vistex business processes, specifically in customer rebates and sales incentives. This role is purely functional with no configuration or technical solutioning required. The ideal candidate is someone who has participated in at least one Vistex implementation and can clearly articulate how Vistex is used to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Vistex business processes, focusing on customer rebates, sales incentives, and related commercial programs.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, document, and validate current processes and future-state needs.

  • Translate business requirements into clear functional understanding-no configuration or technical build required.

  • Support workshops, process mapping, and end-user discussions to ensure Vistex is being utilized effectively.

  • Provide insights based on prior Vistex project experience and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with SAP SD/OTC and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business processes and system usage.

  • Assist in testing cycles by validating business scenarios, ensuring accurate representation of rebate/incentive processes.

  • Offer ongoing functional support throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Vistex business processes related to rebates, chargebacks, sales incentives, or similar programs.

  • Experience as an SAP SD/OTC Business Analyst, Vistex BA, or similar functional role.

  • Must have participated in at least one Vistex implementation, with a strong grasp of how the business uses Vistex day-to-day.

  • Ability to work with business teams, ask the right questions, and provide clear functional insights.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to travel approximately 25% (1 week per month).

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to commercial or pricing processes in SAP SD.

  • Experience working in large enterprise or global environments.

  • Understanding of end-to-end OTC processes.
