Team Lead Security Engineer

This large Delaware Valley-based financial institution is looking for a full-time Security Administrator for its Information Security department in West Chester, PA. This role is a hybrid, requiring you to go into the office twice a week. With this role being hybrid, you can have flexibility, improved work-life balance, and cost savings on commuting costs.

With over 100,000 active members and 2,000+ locations, they can deliver big company development while also providing an intimate workplace atmosphere. They currently have a small Cyber Department, but plan on adding two additional heads. The Security Administrator is equivalent to the Team Lead at this company. This person will be responsible for focusing on the project-related work, validation, Crowdstrike, EDR, Network Security, and Cloud Security Projects. Required Skills & Experience

• Cisco ASA Firewalls
• Azure
• Threat and vulnerability assessment
• First and second level support for security information
• Incident response (SIEM, EDR, DLP, etc.)

Desired Skills & Experience

• BA degree in computer science, MIS, cybersecurity
• OR 4+ years working experience in computer science, MIS, cybersecurity
• 3-5 years' experience with regulatory compliance and information security management frameworks (NIST and CIST)
• CISSP, GIAC
