RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an End-to-End Solutions Architect in Miami, FL.
Core Job Duties:
Strategic Architecture & Design:
* Design end-to-end enterprise solutions across multiple systems, platforms, and technologies
* Create architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and technical standards for the organization
* Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms
* Define integration patterns and data flow between enterprise systems
* Ensure solutions align with business strategy and enterprise architecture principles
* Implement and lead a strong Product Management function for both Collaboration and general-purpose AI tools
* Drive the strategy for world class and consistent product management practices across the Services & Platforms organization
* Drive synergy and optimization initiatives to ensure we are making the most of our licensed software, without duplicated capabilities
AI Strategy & Enablement:
* Lead the strategy & delivery of AI tools for knowledge workers and workgroups
* Advance this technology, build a clear roadmap and communications plan to clearly guide employees to the right AI tool for their needs
* Partner closely with other AI & Innovation teams across TWDC to ensure our general-purpose AI toolsets are aligned with and taking innovation from the larger strategies
* Drive a training and advocacy program to help accelerate general purpose AI skillsets across the company, and a culture of innovation in this emerging space
Technical Leadership:
* Lead technical design sessions with development teams and stakeholders
* Provide hands-on guidance during complex implementations
* Review and approve technical designs from other architects and senior developers
* Mentor junior architects and senior developers
* Drive architectural governance and compliance

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
