Director of Construction (Fulltime position in Atlanta, GA 30346)

Job Title: Director of Construction Duration: Fulltime position Location: Atlanta, GA 30346 (Hybrid role, 2 days a week IT comes in on Monday and Thursdays)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer onboarding, strategic planning, and project management within a related industry.
• Strong proficiency in project management principles and methodologies, with a focus on Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Demonstrated expertise in using project management software such as Oracle Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on servant leadership and team collaboration.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
