Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Solution Architect with prior experience in Telecom systems and domains. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Angular, and a foundational understanding of Salesforce. This role involves leading cross-domain solution design initiatives, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, and driving architectural decisions aligned with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities Own solution design for multiple cross-domain initiatives involving data and systems. Lead end-to-end technical design for complex projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Prepare and present solution designs to senior IT and business leadership. Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, data models, and API/microservice designs. Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and proposing improvements. Identify system weaknesses, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions. Supervise the creation of technical documentation and proof-of-concepts. Ensure quality, consistency, and scalability of solutions across platforms. Support multiple initiatives in parallel and provide guidance to other architects. Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in software architecture and development. Prior experience in Telecom domains such as Catalog, Billing, CRM, or Frontline. Strong hands-on experience with Java and Angular. Basic understanding of Salesforce and its integration capabilities. Familiarity with Telecom systems and terminology (TFB, BAN, MISDN). Proven experience in solution architecture and stakeholder engagement. Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and lead technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience presenting technical solutions to senior leadership. Exposure to Agile methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks. Background in telecom or large-scale enterprise environments. Education: Bachelors Degree
