Job Title- SAP Cloud ALM Architect
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid )
Job Description :
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Cloud ALM Specialist with a strong technical foundation in SAP ERP and proven experience in implementing and optimizing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) across cloud landscapes. The ideal candidate will architect robust ALM solutions, lead change and release governance, and enable intelligent automation and monitoring across a diverse SAP environment including BTP, S/4HANA, and BW. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset suited for financial services clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Architect, implement, and configure SAP Cloud ALM landscapes, including roles, authorizations, and transport (cTMS/CTS) setup.
2. Lead change and release management processes, including governance frameworks and migration from Solution Manager (CHARM).
3. Set up and maintain Job & Automation Monitoring across SAP environments, including alerting and analytics.
4. Configure system and business-process monitoring, establish root-cause dashboards, and implement alert mechanisms.
5. Integrate Cloud ALM with SAP BTP, S/4HANA, BW, and external services/APIs, ensuring seamless operations.
6. Implement intelligent event handling and exception workflows to automate alert and incident management.
7. Design dashboards and reports for SLA tracking, release status, system health, and core ALM metrics.
8. Should be able to coach and guide the customer on cloud ALM design.
9. Should be able to play the role of advisory in this space.
10. Able to liaise between customer and SAP for an alignment between both the parties.
Qualifications:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Technology or similar.
12+ years' experience with SAP ERP products and 3+ years of experience in SAP Cloud ALM.
Experience in at least one implementation.
Excellent communication and influencing skills both within the business and IT communities.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, desire to interact with, and help end users."
