We are seeking an Accountant with telecom experience to lead and support a project focused on auditing technology expenses and implementing an effective expense management software solution. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing telecom and technology contracts, identifying billing discrepancies, and recommending cost-saving strategies.

Project Overview

The selected contractor will take primary responsibility for executing the majority of the tasks, with oversight provided by the client organization. The main objective is to perform a thorough audit of telecom and technology expenses and guide the implementation of a robust management solution.

Scope of Work

• Review Telecom & Technology Contracts:
  Analyze existing telecom and technology contracts (including voice, data, etc.) to uncover billing errors, overcharges, and potential cost savings through renegotiation.
• Expense Analysis:
  Perform a comprehensive review of current telecom and technology expenses to identify inefficiencies and discrepancies.
• Cost-Saving Recommendations:
  Deliver detailed recommendations for optimization, including service consolidation, improved reliability, and renegotiation opportunities.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  Prepare complete reports and supporting analysis with actionable recommendations to help the organization better manage expenses and improve budgeting accuracy.
