Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead is pivotal in managing technology for complex development projects, providing expert technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. This role emphasizes enhancing team capabilities and productivity through mentorship and established best practices. (1.) Key Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers In Python, Enhancing Their Coding Skills And Increasing Productivity Through Effective Mentoring And Knowledge Sharing.
- Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews In Python Applications, Establish Quality Assurance Processes, And Implement Performance Optimization Techniques To Ensure The Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.
- Ensure Process Compliance In The Assigned Modules, Participating In Technical Discussions As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Identifying Best Packages And Architecture Practices.
- Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables Using Python Frameworks, Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.
- Develop Automated Testing Scripts Using Selenium For Python Applications To Improve Testing Efficiency And Reliability.
- Oversee Integration Processes Using Unix Shell Scripting To Automate Deployment And Streamline Workflows Across Development And Production Environments.Skill Requirements
- - Advanced Proficiency In Python And Its Frameworks (E.G., Django, Flask)
