Job Details
Title : Audio Visual Support Engineer
Location: Austin , TX (Onsite role)
- Look someone has worked in enterprise or Service provider organization
- Experience with managing video conferencing equipment and infrastructure, including any specific platforms you've worked with.
- Troubleshooting video conferencing and event service incidents, including hardware and software issues
- Worked with any of the mentioned audiovisual equipment brands like Crestron, Bi-Amp, Extron, etc.,
- Working knowledge of video infrastructure and endpoint equipment such as Cisco CUCM, Cisco TMS, Cisco Expressways, Cisco Endpoints, Poly DMA, DMA Edge, RMX, RPRM, Workflow Server, Pexip CVI, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Poly Endpoints, Zoom video conferencing.
