Job Description:

Job Title: Lead .NET Developer / Architect

Location: Fully onsite in West Palm Beach, FL or Miami, FL

Rate: $70-$80/hr

Duration: 1-2+ year contract with opportunity for full time conversion.

We are seeking an experienced .NET developer/Architect for a long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients in all of South Florida. . This role is pivotal in transitioning functionality from our home grown billing application to Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration and maintaining current operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong .NET skills, integration and application architecture expertise, and experience in similar migrations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Application Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .Net 6.0, C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core.
  • Implement and maintain applications with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and manage repositories.
  • Utilize SQL Server v13 & v16 and Entity Framework 6.0/Core for database solutions.
  • Quality and Performance:
  • Implement and utilize CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Employ code coverage and other quality assurance tools.
  • Architecture and Design:
  • Lead the design and development of applications using N-tier architecture.
  • Collaborate with architects and senior developers for scalable system designs.
  • Project Delivery and Coordination:
  • Lead successful projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with technical, business, and offshore teams


Qualifications:
  • Senior-level experience in .NET development, particularly with Windows and possibly .NET Core.
  • Strong integration and application architecture skills.
  • Experience in similar migrations and leading teams hands-on.
  • Ability to handle both migration paths and address performance and scalability issues.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and test automation frameworks.
