Remote Master Data Analyst- D365

We're looking for a remote Master Data Analyst with experience managing Vendor, Customer, and Item master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This is a mid-level role where you'll play a key part in keeping our business systems accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Execute the creation, modification, and retirement of Vendor and Customer master data in a timely manner.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data across business systems.
• Serve as the main point of contact between IT and business teams for data-related questions and requests.
• Provide training and support to users on data management practices, procedures, and tools.
• Create and maintain documentation about master data management, including manuals, templates, and system settings.
• Review and process incoming data change requests, and support system migrations or upgrades as needed.
• Conduct data quality checks, identify inconsistencies or duplicates, and help implement solutions.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience managing master data in an ERP environment.
• Hands-on experience with Vendor and Customer master data in D365.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data modeling principles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.

Preferred: Experience with SAP or Oracle, familiarity with data quality tools, and experience creating documentation or training materials.

This is a remote role starting as a contract with a strong possibility of going permanent. Pay to start is in the $56/hr- $60/hr range.
