Job Details

Overview:
Join our team to support the design, verification, and validation of advanced defense systems. As an entry-level Systems Engineer, you will assist in developing, reviewing, and executing test procedures to ensure our products meet stringent military requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and documenting system-level and subsystem-level test procedures in accordance with program requirements.
  • Support test execution activities in lab, field, and production environments.
  • Collect, analyze, and document test data for verification against specifications.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to identify and resolve test anomalies.
  • Maintain compliance with MIL-STD and company quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  • Basic understanding of system requirements, verification methods, and test processes.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work within a structured engineering process.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, or MIL-STD-1472.
  • Internship or academic project experience in system verification or test procedure development.

Salary Range: $85,000 to $110,000
