Summary
We're seeking a Senior IT Product Manager to act as a strategic partner for corporate functions, including HR, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep product management experience, strong influence at the executive level, and a proven ability to deliver innovative solutions that achieve measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Align technology initiatives with business objectives, anticipating needs and identifying innovative solutions.
- Build strong relationships with executives and business unit leaders, gathering requirements and shaping long-term IT strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic IT products, from ideation through launch, assessment, and iteration.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers/Product Owners, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Implement agile practices, manage sprints, and drive continuous improvement through iterative delivery.
- Conduct market and technology research to propose enhancements that maximize business value and user satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate product documentation to support internal teams, end users, and enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business needs.
- Track and optimize KPIs such as business value delivery, user adoption, ROI, on-time delivery, and overall product success.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred).
- 6+ years of product management experience leading technology initiatives or products.
- 8+ years in technology management roles supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations .
- Proven experience with portfolio strategy and market analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive influence.
- Agile methodology experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience with corporate functions technology platforms (HRIS, ERP, Finance systems, etc.).
- Familiarity with Supply Chain systems, process optimization, or operational technology.
- Strong analytical and KPI-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to anticipate and drive organizational technology needs proactively.
