Must be located in, or willing to relocate to one of the following 6 states for conversion to FTE:

Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Remote (Possible travel about 2-3 times per year)
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: 3-4 Months Contract to Hire (MUST be open to converting to FTE)
Manager Note:
- Looking for someone that is open to working systems outside of SAP as well. Someone that not afraid to jump in and assist, even if they don't have the knowledge in a specific area.
- Outside of SAP we need them to assist with:
- Logistics - transportation, warehouse mgmt.
- NCR - POS, Orders
- DCR - warehouse, purchasing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
- 7-10 years IT experience.
- 5 years of SAP experience.
- Experience implementing at least one full life cycle of SAP ECC 6.0.
- SAP configuration experience in supply chain modules - MM/P2P, SD/OTC, IM, Logistics, etc.
- Additional experience in one of the following considered a plus - Master Data, Plant Maintenance. Transportation.
- ABAP debugging skills a plus.
- Past work experience as a Business or IT Analyst.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, interpret technical instructions, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and business users.
Responsibilities:
Conducts business process analyses and needs assessments within SAP to align information technology solutions with business initiatives; and writes, tests, and modifies programming codes as necessary. Operates with significant degree of creativity, initiative and latitude.
- Analyzes business problems and documents business requirements for multiple business functions.
- Consults with management and personnel to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, data scope, usage, formatting, and security requirements.
- Participate in and lead components of the delivery of SAP system solutions (e.g. configuration, testing, deployment, validation).
- Leads the identification assessment and resolution of complex issues and escalates them appropriately.
- Leverage deep understanding of customers' business to proactively identify and prioritize opportunities to streamline business and/or system processes.
- Plan and manage multiple small to medium-sized projects.
- Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures
- Writes and maintains functional specifications for new or modified business systems.
- Designs, develops, and codes programming systems; or consults and coordinates with information technology programmers to design and develop automated business systems.
- Coordinates and implements plans to test business and functional processes in SAP during system development and quality assurance testing.
- Tracks and documents changes to functional and business specifications.
- Creates user documentation, instructions, and procedures.
- Develops, prepares, and conducts training for personnel on SAP system usage.
- Support SAP production and development environments and provide on call support after business hours as needed.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
- May lead and directs the work of other analysts and operates with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
