Test Automation Engineer

Our client is seeking skilled Test Automation Engineers at multiple levels to support upcoming transformation initiatives. These roles will play a critical part in improving speed to market, enhancing release quality, and driving a stronger culture of automation within the organization. This is a great opportunity for engineers who are passionate about building reliable automated testing frameworks, collaborating across teams, and leading change in a dynamic environment.

Location: Kansas City, MO (Onsite M-F)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $75,000 $100,000 annually depending on experience, plus a 15% bonus

What You ll Do:
Design, write, and maintain automated tests across multiple applications and frameworks
Collaborate with developers, testers, and automation teams to identify and prioritize test automation opportunities
Enhance and expand automation frameworks, ensuring maintainability and scalability
Support continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and pipeline automation
Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and help lead organizational transformation initiatives

What Gets You the Job:
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium WebDriver or similar) and frameworks
Proficiency with C# and the .NET Core framework, including object-oriented programming concepts
Background in API/web services testing with tools such as Postman or SoapUI
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to thrive under tight timelines
Leadership potential or proven experience mentoring engineers and driving process improvements
