Description
We are looking for a dedicated QA Engineer to join our team in Malvern, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will work closely with an agile scrum team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products during each sprint cycle. Your contributions will include developing test plans, providing feedback to stakeholders, and driving test automation processes for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and team members to interpret business requirements and translate them into actionable quality assurance strategies.
Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure all deliverables align with user story requirements.
Provide timely feedback to developers and stakeholders to enhance the quality of sprint deliverables.
Evaluate sprint stories and make go/no-go decisions to ensure that only tested components are released.
Conduct test plan reviews to align business requirements with QA and development teams.
Partner with developers and stakeholders to implement testable code and encourage frequent testing during sprints.
Develop and promote a test automation process to support both regression and functional testing efforts.
Actively participate in scrum ceremonies, including refining, scoring, and delivering user stories in collaboration with the team.
Engage with QA team members across other scrum teams to exchange ideas and offer guidance.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance overall quality assurance practices.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience performing frontend functional testing of SaaS products.
At least 3 years of experience conducting functional testing of automated backend processes.
3+ years of experience as a quality assurance analyst within an Agile Scrum environment.
Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for at least 1 year.
At least 1 year of experience working with automated regression testing tools.
Strong ability to provide constructive feedback and uphold quality standards with developers and stakeholders.
Experience in Health IT is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Postman, Zephyr, and Confluence is highly desirable.
