Use your technical expertise to make driving safer, easier and better for our customers. The Advance Driver Assistance Technology (ADAS) team develops state-of-the-art software and algorithms to deliver best-in-class features like adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, and 360 camera systems. ADAS also developed Ford's industry-first Pro Trailer Hitch Assist, securing over 60 patents in the process. The team is responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of these features into production on all Ford vehicle lines.

We are seeking a program manager who can proactively drive decisions trading off time, budget, and scope on complex robotics systems to deliver Ford's next generation L2+ Autonomous vehicles.

What you'll do...
- Understand the big picture and what is important for Ford's next generation autonomous vehicles, and use that to help the engineering team prioritize their work
- Build tangible, unambiguous objectives for highly technical engineering teams to work towards
- Distill the story of the technical team's work (~3mo long projects of ~20 engineers) into digestible formats for you, your management team, and your leadership team to make decisions
You'll have...
- Minimum bachelors in a STEM field or 5+ years of program management experience
- A demonstrated history of effectively communicating with engineering managers on technical topics

- A demonstrated ability to distill information
- A demonstrated ability to set objectives
- A demonstrated ability to drive decisions
- A demonstrated ability to motivate teams
