Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Software Development in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, you will build and lead an innovative engineering team in the development, delivery, and operation of cloud services designed specifically for the Multicloud and media and entertainment industries-enabling customers to move and optimize their workloads with OCI. You will partner closely with executive leadership, proactively responding to shifting business priorities and rapidly adapting roadmaps as needed. We are seeking a hands-on leader with deep experience building and scaling AI-driven cloud services, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and guiding teams using agile methodologies to deliver maximum value. You bring exceptional communication skills with a track record of effectively reporting to, and influencing, executive stakeholders, and aligning technology initiatives around strategic business outcomes-not only code delivery.

You will mentor and grow engineers, encouraging innovation and cross-functional collaboration. You must be capable of leading rapid response efforts in high-visibility situations, seeing ambiguity as an opportunity, and driving critical business results in fast-paced, changing environments.
