Job Description:
- Leading AI/ML Architecture and deployment initiatives spanning Generative AI applications, LLMs (RAG/ReAct frameworks, Agentic AI), Conversational AI solutions and integrating them seamlessly into enterprise workflows, knowledge bases, and customer-facing channels.
- Strong hands-on experience in AWS bedrock, LamClienta, creating LLM applications
- Orchestrating innovative proof-of-concepts and modernization initiatives, reducing operational costs and optimizing system performance.
- Evaluating and adopting emerging GenAI, Agentic AI, and cloud technologies to enhance productivity, performance, scalability, and organizational resilience.
- Empowering cross-functional teams, working on POVs, strategic roadmaps, and ROI analyses to guide technology investments and inform executive decision-making.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Technical Skills - Python, AWS Bedrock, RAG, LLM, SQL.
- Insurance domain preferred.
