Job Details

Position: Java AWS Developer
Location: Plano, TX & Tampa, FL (Onsite)
Duration: Contract

Mandatory Skills: Java, Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka

Job Description:

  • Strong Application Development experience in an Agile environment.

  • Solid application design, coding, testing, maintenance, and debugging skills.

  • Hands-on experience with JUnit and Cucumber testing frameworks.

  • Proficiency in APM monitoring tools and logging tools like Splunk.

  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence (preferred).

  • Strong hands-on experience in AWS solution implementation:

    • Amazon ECS, EC2, S3, API Gateway, Amazon Aurora, ALB, Route 53.

  • Expertise in Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services/SOA.

  • Experience with Java frameworks: Spring, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, JPA, REST, MQ.

  • Skilled in developing RESTful microservices using the above tech stack.

  • Experience with version control and CI/CD tools: Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins.

  • Hands-on with Kubernetes and Kafka for containerization and messaging solutions.
