Job Description
Product Manager to oversee the Technical Strategy, Roadmap, and Implementation of New Fresh Vision product.
Fresh Vision focuses on creating a screen that tracks the freshness of individual produce in real-time at the store locations for customers and associates. They have a Kroji (Kroger Emjoi) that holds up a piece of produce with a digital sign reflecting a score that shows a scale: Green for Good, Yellow for Caution, and Red for Bad/Replace. The plan has been to pilot at select locations then roll it out to over 1900 stores.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience, preferably 5-7 years of experience
- Product Management in an Agile, Scrum, SDLC enterprise-level environment
- Previous software implementation experience desired
- Retail and Supply Chain experience desired
- 3+ years experience as a product manager, product owner, or product strategist
- Experience at a retailer or digital platform company
- Proven track record of conceiving and building platforms
- Experience with OKRs and iterative product development (Agile)
