About the Role: AaraTech Inc is seeking a Data Engineer to support data pipeline development, ETL processes, and data integration tasks across cloud and on-prem systems. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want hands-on experience building data workflows, working with modern data tools, and supporting analytics and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
  • Support data modeling, data integration, and schema design activities.
  • Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and developers to deliver reliable datasets.
  • Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshoot pipeline issues.
  • Assist in managing cloud data environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Maintain documentation for pipelines, workflows, and data processes.
  • Monitor performance and help optimize queries and data workflows.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 2 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar data-focused role.
  • Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of Python for data processing and automation.
  • Understanding of ETL tools, data pipelines, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and services like S3, BigQuery, or Azure Data Lake.
  • Familiarity with Apache Spark, Airflow, or similar frameworks (preferred).
  • Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional data and engineering teams.
