About the role:
The Web Development Manager will lead the Marketing Technology team in front-end development and code to create and support company web properties. Oversees the implementation of user interface and engineers the experience of marketing web properties being put out by the business.
What you will be doing:
Oversees the front-end development of Digital Marketing web properties, including flagship website, microsites, interactive sales tools, and other marketing focused web applications
Works closely with other teams, including UX, Creative Services, and Go to Market, to support business objectives
Ensures sites are compatible with multiple browsers and devices
Evaluates emerging technologies to implement solutions that increase efficiency, reliability, and integration of the business' sites
Manages the activities of junior developers and provides guidance, coaching, and expertise as required
Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Software Development, or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or experience. Typically requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant front-end programming experience.
Experience working with front-end programming languages and frameworks (JavaScript, APIs, CSS3, HTML5, etc)
Experience utilizing third-party services and Content Management Systems (Sitecore, AEM, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Marekto, Browerstack, Firebase, etc)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail, analytical/reasoning, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Ability to interface with all levels of employees
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment

The pay range for this full-time position is $101,480.00 - $170,470.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
