IT Security Director
Introduction:
The IT Security Director will be a key member of the Client IT team, working closely with the IT Security Director/CISO. They will be responsible for leading the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, ensuring alignment with overall security and technology goals. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in the field of IT security, with a strong background in security management, IT infrastructure, and cloud computing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition and execution of the organization's IAM strategy
- Design scalable and forward-thinking IAM solutions for cloud and on-premises architectures
- Establish IAM architectural standards and guidelines for consistent implementation
- Champion cutting-edge cybersecurity controls across IAM, AppSec, and DevSecOps domains
- Provide security thought leadership and best practices to the IT Security team
- Work with the IT Security team to create and update the security roadmap
- Review and respond to customer requests regarding platform selection decisions
- Participate in proof-of-concept projects and suggest industry best practices
- Manage security management technology, IAM, PAM, and GRC
- Understand and oversee IT infrastructure components such as applications, databases, operating systems, networks, and storage
