Job Title: Field Implementation Specialist (Desktop/Helpdesk)
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 7+ Months Contract
Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid (Note: This position will also require onsite presence weekly & Must be able to work weekends/nights as needed)
Responsibilities:
Manage and support mobile device refresh/deployment of the CS agent MAP devices.
Asset management, Apple IOS device administration, organizational skills.
Basic/Technical Skills Required/Preferred:
3-5 years mobile device support
Good communication skills
Good troubleshooting skills
Customer service/Interaction Skills
Other Requirements:
Must be able to work weekends/nights as needed
Must be dependable
Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds
Able to work with little to no supervision

Mid Level (5-8 yrs exp.)
