Revenue Enablement has a need for an Enablement Delivery Project Manager to support production and delivery of curriculum and events as defined by the Global Curriculum Manager and Stakeholders.

Your Role
The Enablement Delivery Project Manager (EPM) is responsible for bringing 4-6 curriculum projects to market at any given time, on a rolling basis. The EPM is a hands-on individual with a combination of business, critical thinking, and technical skills. The EPM will manage responsibilities and dependencies across internal and external stakeholders and resources. The right candidate will be a self-starter who has previous experience working in global organizations.

  • Responsible for managing the assembly of small teams of SMEs and enablement resources into workstreams to define and outline knowledge requirements for given areas of knowledge, as defined by the Global SE Curriculum Manager. This includes collaborating with the SMEs and stakeholders to define necessary business outcomes, target personas, and persona experience.
  • Manage the process of creating assessment questions relevant to the curriculum using SMEs and Sr Field Resources.
  • Define the required sequence of enablement production in collaboration with the Global Curriculum Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Enablement Programs team to track content production relative to the curriculum.
  • Assist with production of knowledge sessions at Revenue Enablement run events. This will include tracking the life cycle of delivery of session content as defined by the Revenue Enablement leadership.
  • Track and ensure resource availability and allocation relative to the sequenced enablement curriculum projects.
  • Ability to develop project plans to monitor and track the status of Projects.
  • Deliver Curriculum Delivery status reports and presentations.
  • Craft and maintain project documentation as defined by Enablement Programs.
  • Develop relationships with subject matter experts and field resources, enabling future collaboration.

  • Working understanding of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.

3+ years of relevant experience in project management.
