We are seeking experienced Business Development Partners on a commission-only model who can leverage their existing client relationships in IT staffing to generate new business opportunities.

Role Overview

As a Commission-Based BD Partner, you will:

  • Leverage your network of hiring managers, procurement heads, and MSP contacts to bring in new staffing requisitions.

  • Act as the primary client-facing representative for new accounts.

  • Collaborate with our recruiting team to deliver qualified candidates quickly.

  • Earn high commissions on every placement, with no cap on earnings.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for professionals who already have:

  • 2+ years of Business Development / Account Management experience in IT staffing.

  • Existing client relationships with Fortune 500 companies, MSPs, or government agencies.

  • Ability to bring in new reqs immediately (IT contract staffing focus).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and motivated by performance-based rewards.

Compensation

  • Commission-Only Role (Independent Contractor 1099).

  • High percentage of gross margin.

  • No earning cap more accounts = more revenue for you.
