Job Description - SAP ALM Lead

Location: Cleveland Ohio - Hybrid 2 days per week. Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation:
Project and Task Management: Manage and accelerate SAP implementation projects.
Process Management: Utilize SAP best practices and support fit-to-standard workshops.
Requirements Management: Manage the lifecycle of requirements through an integrated change management workflow.
Test Management: Centralize planning, execution, and analysis of test scenarios.
Change and Deployment Management: Orchestrate transport requests and manage deployments.

SAP Cloud ALM for Operations:
Monitoring: Monitor business processes, integrations, system health, real and synthetic user experience, and jobs and automation.
Intelligent Event Processing: Implement event correlation and intelligent alerting.
Operations Automation: Integrate with existing solutions for operations automation.
Business Service Management: Provide business users with insight into the health and status of business services.
Analytics and Intelligence: Utilize analytics for decision-making and continuous improvement.

Technical Expertise:
SAP Cloud ALM: Deep understanding of functionalities including test management, transport management, job monitoring, and business service management.
SAP Activate Methodology: Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology for implementation projects.
SAP Solutions: Familiarity with solutions like S/4HANA, CRM, or ECC.
Integration: Ability to integrate SAP Cloud ALM with other SAP and third-party tools.
DevOps and CI/CD: Experience with SAP's cloud-based DevOps, CI/CD processes, and automation tools.

Soft Skills:
Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Independence: Ability to work independently in remote teams.
Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve issues related to SAP ALM configuration and usage.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to help others understand and utilize SAP ALM best practices.
English Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Optional but Beneficial:
SAP Certifications: Demonstrated expertise in specific SAP modules or functionalities.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of specific industry requirements, such as agricultural management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP ALM or related roles.
Proven track record of successful SAP implementation and operations management.
