Roles and Responsibilities
As a Sr Data Scientist, you will be an integral part of our team's mission to enable our functional and CIO partners to advance state-of-the-art in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science to deliver tangible outcome. With the rapid adoption of GenAI, we need to define the data architecture requirements for structure and unstructured data in order to fully harness the technology. You will play a critical role in developing the requirements and designing the data architecture that supports AI applications by collaborating with Data Architects and APMs. The roles and responsibilities include:
Education Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
2 Years of Related Industry Experience
Desired Characteristics
For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $97,500.00 - 130,000.00 USD per year. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, geographic location, and skill set.
This position is also eligible for a 10% annual performance bonus. This position will stay open on the career website until at least 5/17/2025.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%,120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.

- With the guidance of experienced data scientists, you will work closely with data architects, APMs, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that support AI model development and deployment.
- Developing scalable and robust data architectures that facilitate the storage, retrieval, and processing of large volumes of data required for AI applications.
- Ensuring seamless integration of data from various sources into the AI systems. Implementing processes for data consolidation, transformation, and management to support analytics and AI model training.
- Designing efficient data pipelines that automate the flow of data from source to destination, enabling real-time processing and analysis. Ensuring pipelines are resilient and capable of handling diverse data types and formats.
- Designing systems that uphold data security and privacy standards by collaborating with CTO and CISO teams.
- Assessing and integrating emerging technologies and tools that enhance data architecture and support AI initiatives.
