Position Title: Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer

Location: Quad Cities Area, Des Moines, or Waterloo

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer to join our AI Business Transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying automation and AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools-Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio Agents. This role plays a key part in accelerating digital transformation across frontline workflows and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline manual and repetitive processes.

  • Develop custom business applications in Power Apps to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Design and implement Copilot Studio Agents for targeted conversational AI use cases.

  • Architect and deploy Generative AI models and intelligent systems tailored to business objectives.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data science to apply best practices.

  • Lead end-to-end AI solution development, from data ingestion through model deployment.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Conduct periodic reviews, demos, and testing to ensure solution effectiveness and adoption.

  • Maintain clear documentation for development processes and solution lifecycle management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

  • Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and conversational AI agent design.

  • Proven experience developing and deploying AI or ML-based business solutions.

  • Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and MLOps practices.

  • Skilled in low-code/no-code development environments and API integrations.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Contract Details:

  • Travel Requirement: Up to 10% domestic travel.

  • Employment Type: Contingent / Contract
