About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager to help coordinate and manage a team that provides support for Microsoft Azure services. You will work closely with technical staff, clients, and senior project managers to ensure that support tasks are tracked, prioritized, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and managing day-to-day activities of the Azure Support team
  • Monitor incoming support tickets and ensure timely resolution
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and team performance
  • Help prioritize and allocate support tasks based on urgency and impact
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients on status updates
  • Identify and help resolve process issues to improve team efficiency
  • Document support processes and maintain knowledge base content
  • Report project metrics and support trends to senior management

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in project coordination or support role (IT or cloud support preferred)
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with project tracking tools like Jira, Confluence

Nice to Have:

  • Project Management certification(s) and familiarity with ITIL or service desk environments
