Mandatory Skills Required :
- 10+ years of IT work experience
- 10+ years of project management
- Advanced PM methodologies & tools proficiency
- 7+ years change management (req gathering, user stories)
- 7+ years stakeholder/client-facing SaaS project work
- 5+ years Agile project management
- 5+ years application issue triage & turnaround improvement
- 5+ years training/system guide development
