A Top Healthcare Partner of ours based in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an AVP of Enterprise Imaging Systems to take the helm of a high-impact, mission-critical team dedicated to driving innovation and excellence across the organization s imaging landscape. From radiology to cardiology and beyond, teh AVP will own the full lifecycle of cutting-edge imaging platforms including PACS and emerging technologies ensuring they run flawlessly, integrate seamlessly, and deliver exceptional value. The AVP will shape the vision and execution of the company's imaging ecosystem, guiding a high-performing team and collaborating closely with clinical & IT stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years of experience leading technical teams of 15+ responsible for the end-to-end support and optimization of PACS platforms and other imaging systems
  • 10+ years of experience managing and supporting clinical and healthcare information management applications such as Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) for radiology and cardiology
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows and systems integration into clinical imaging technologies
  • Experience in managing and integrating imaging systems within complex environments involving multiple instances of Epic (e.g., across different hospitals, departments, or affiliated organizations).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder, including clinical staff, IT operations, and vendors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Healthcare merger and acquisition experience
  • Master s Degree Information Sciences and Technology

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the strategic direction of enterprise imaging systems, aligning cutting-edge technologies with organizational goals and clinical needs.
  • Manage and inspire a talented team supporting PACS and imaging platforms across the health system, ensuring high performance and innovation.
  • Champion forward-thinking solutions and efficient system architectures that enhance integration, scalability, and user experience.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of projects with a sharp focus on cost-effectiveness, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to define success metrics, optimize performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
