Seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support a large enterprise IT transformation program. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules while supporting PMO reporting, risk tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

Seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support a large enterprise IT transformation program. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules while supporting PMO reporting, risk tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6
- Track progress, critical paths, baselines, and perform what-if analysis
- Prepare WBS, maintain schedule accuracy, and resource loading
- Coordinate schedule updates, reports, and cross-functional dependencies
- Identify schedule risks and maintain risk registers
- Support PMO reporting and project governance activities
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as Project Scheduler or in Project Management roles
- Strong MS Project or Primavera P6 expertise
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large enterprise or IT programs
- ERP implementation experience (SAP preferred)
- Agile and Waterfall methodology exposure
- Power BI, SharePoint, Jira experience
- Financial and labor forecasting knowledge
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $91.00 - $100.00 per hour.
