Job Details

Title: Healthcare Project coordinator/Analyst

Location: Albany, NY

Duration: 30 Months

Position Summary:

  • 84 Months experience coordinating IT initiatives within healthcare operations or clinical settings including leading at least 3-5 IT implementation projects from initiation through go-live and at least 2 data integration or system interface projects
  • 84 Months experience Performing requirements gathering sessions or stakeholder workshops, coordinating technical resources (developers, architects, BAs) to system issues or enhancement requests involving at least 5 distinct healthcare projects
  • 36 Months experience leading user acceptance testing cycles involving 10+ end users each in at least 3 distinct business units
  • 36 Months experience managing at least 2 initiatives which involved integration or change to commercial healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHR, practice management, patient portals, care coordination tools, billing systems)
  • 60 Months experience managing healthcare data standards and HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule requirements and their impact on system design as part of coordinating IT initiatives
  • 84 Months experience Leading go-live preparation activities including user-acceptance testing and tracking, training coordination, and cutover planning involving at least 5 distinct healthcare projects
  • 60 Months experience Creating and delivered presentations to operational leadership or clinical staff explaining technical initiatives, converting technical specifications into operational process documentation for 3+ systems, conducted trainingor information sessions for groups of 15+ healthcare staff AND written system change communications or user guides read by 50+ end users
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or related field.
