Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 5 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning frameworks, and cloud-based ML model deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and optimize machine learning models and AI pipelines for production.
Analyze large datasets to derive insights and identify trends for predictive modeling.
Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation workflows.
Deploy, monitor, and scale models using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform ML services.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to define AI-driven business use cases.
Research and experiment with new algorithms, deep learning architectures, and tools.
Automate training and retraining of models as part of CI/CD pipelines.
Maintain and document model performance, versioning, and reproducibility.

Required Skills and Experience:

5 6 years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics projects.
Strong understanding of Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks.
Hands-on experience with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud AI platforms AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI.
Knowledge of data preprocessing, ETL, and model explainability (SHAP, LIME).
Solid understanding of SQL and data pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in LLM fine-tuning, Generative AI, or Prompt Engineering.
Exposure to Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Education:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
