Title: SCC - Software Test Analyst

Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite 3 days/week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support our ongoing testing initiatives for the SERFIS4 and CASE projects. This role involves both automated and manual testing, with a focus on test execution, analysis, and documentation review. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality software delivery through collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.

  • Perform manual testing and document results in Azure DevOps.

  • Analyze and report defects; participate in bug triage meetings with project teams.

  • Review test documentation from external vendors and provide structured feedback.

  • Update and maintain end-to-end test cases for UAT preparation.

  • Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in manual and automated testing.

  • Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).

  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps for test case management and defect tracking.

  • Solid understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
