$120-170,000 DOE plus benefits

Please note that this role will be hybrid in Raleigh NC.

We currently have an opening with one of clients for a Software Development Manager who is capable of providing hands-on technical leadership in software design and architecture.

This role will report and work along directly to the VP of Development.

The Software Development Manager will be instrumental in the alignment of IT Systems with the business objectives, providing guidance and recommendations on existing and new technology. You will ensure that work demands are met, projects are completed on time and all aspects of the SDLC are at the highest technical standard.

As a Software Development Manager you will provide technical leadership from a software coding stand point and also people management.

This role will suit the Software Development Manager that can think outside and has been involved in moving an organization into a more DevOps orientated environment.

Software Development Manager Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years of relevant management experience


• Experience leading cross-functional team efforts with a track record of providing exceptional offerings and support to end users.


• Proficiency with OOP


• Knowledge of C#, .Net, JavaScript & Angular


• Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to favorable end-user relations.


• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, diverse environment, participating in continual process improvement.


• Nice to have worked in a SaaS company or have Enterprise experience
